Description
HubSpot Platform Management:
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, email marketing, lead scoring, and reporting.
+ Set up and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing campaigns to support business objectives.
Campaign Development and Execution:
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to create, launch, and monitor campaigns across email, social media, and landing pages using HubSpot.
+ Segment and target audiences to deliver personalized content and improve customer journey experiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
+ Analyze campaign performance using HubSpot metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
+ Generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and ROI tracking.
Content Optimization:
+ Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with inbound marketing strategies and SEO best practices.
+ Optimize landing pages and email templates to improve engagement and conversion rates.
CRM Integration and Data Management:
+ Maintain database hygiene by updating, cleaning, and segmenting contact lists.
+ Ensure seamless CRM integration to align sales and marketing teams for tracking lifecycle stages and lead handoffs.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
+ Stay updated on HubSpot features, tools, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and the successful execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in marketing, specifically using HubSpot (certifications are a plus).
+ Strong understanding of inbound marketing strategies and digital marketing principles.
+ Experience with marketing automation, workflows, and lead nurturing campaigns.
+ Proficiency in analyzing data, creating performance reports, and making data-driven recommendations.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
