    **Work Type:** Full Time (Total FTE between 0.9 and 1.0)

    **Shift:** Shift 1

    **Work Schedule:** 8 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 5:00:00 PM)

    **Pay Range:** $21.61 - $27.01 per hour

    Summary:

    The Faculty & Provider Recruitment Coordinator works in partnership with the recruitment and onboarding teams, director, and managers to support the successful hiring and pre-employment process for new faculty and providers. Responsible for supporting a proactive team environment that ensures applicants/new hires and managers have a positive experience. Detail oriented with proven customer service skills and strong prioritization capabilities are key. The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • 2 years administrative/coordinator program experience.

    • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Ability to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize information.

    • Strong critical thinking skills to solve problems and make decisions.

    • Ability to set goals and manage multiple complicated tasks.

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    _Recruitment_

    • Supports Sourcing Recruitment Specialist with candidate sourcing strategy using a wide range of techniques including but not limited to, online job board posting, database searching, email campaigns, cold calling, internet sourcing, advertisement, career fairs, networking events, social media, market shopping, and internal referrals.

    • Supports Sourcing Recruitment Specialist with recruitment fairs, open houses, orientations, and conferences to include purchasing of exhibit booth/equipment, ensure important registration and marketing deadlines are met, and ordering of promotional products.

    • Supports recruitment team with the interview scheduling process, including scheduling and confirming all details related to interviews for recruiters, applicants, and hiring managers.

    • Serve as a facilitator of the onsite visit for candidates as needed. This may include but is not limited to developing the candidate itinerary, arranging for travel, lodging, and meals.

    • Develops and maintains contacts with internal and external stakeholders relating to program needs.

    • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in tracking workbooks.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    _Onboarding_

    • Supports candidate pre-onboarding activities including but not limited to tracking pre-employment documentation, licenses, credentialing, relocation, first day plans, and scheduling orientation.

    • Supports pre-employment site visits and meets with new hires to execute new hire paperwork including verification of I-9 documentation.

    • Develops and maintains contacts with internal and external stakeholders relating to program needs.

    • Responsible for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in tracking workbooks and contact lists

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
