Description We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Support Specialist on a contract basis. This role involves managing various loan servicing tasks while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards. Based in Porterville, California, this position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review loan-related events, including tax service updates, repayment plans, billing notices, and payment requests.

• Handle the processing of incoming loan payments and manage paid loan transactions.

• Perform daily and general ledger balancing to ensure financial accuracy.

• Track insurance, flood, property tax, and escrow accounts related to loans.

• Maintain records for collateral tracking, including deeds of trust and vehicle titles.

• Process lien releases and address credit report disputes as needed.

• Manage participation loans and ensure proper servicing of loan portfolios.

• Implement daily rate changes and provide support for ongoing loan servicing needs.

• Assist with cross-training initiatives within the loan servicing department to enhance team versatility. Requirements • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems, and Automated Underwriting Systems.

• Experience in data processing, appraisals, and closing processes.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

• Familiarity with bank relations and customer service within a call center environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated expertise in loan servicing processes, including credit report handling and lien releases.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
