    Description

    Robert Half Finance and Accounting is partnering with a local company seeking a Collections Manager.

     

    The Collections Manager should have a bachelor's degree and 7+ years collections experience.

     

    The Collections Manager should have management experience of at least 4 people.

     

    The Collections Manager should have intermediate to advanced excel skills and be able to work with large sets of data.

     

    The Collections Manager should have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

    • A minimum of 7 years of experience in collections, with a proven track record of success.

    • At least 3 years of experience managing a team of four or more professionals.

    • Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel, including working with large datasets and complex formulas.

    • Strong understanding of accounts receivable, billing, and cash application functions.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

    • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and interact with stakeholders.
