• Part-Time IT Technician

    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Part-Time IT Technician to join our team in West Ashley, South Carolina. This position involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for a variety of IT systems and equipment. If you enjoy solving technical problems, collaborating with teams, and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Travel to client locations to install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripheral devices.

    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technology.

    • Keep detailed records of service visits, equipment maintenance, and repairs performed.

    • Work closely with remote IT teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.

    • Ensure that all systems meet operational and security standards for optimal performance.

    • Set up and configure new workstations, perform updates, and assist with office relocations or expansions.

    • Monitor and manage inventory of tools and equipment required for on-site support.

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in IT support; certifications such as A+ or Network+ are advantageous.

    • Proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems.

    • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including routers and switches.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
