Description
We are working with a client who is searching for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join their team on contract basis in Mounds View or Otwatonna, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging top talent for our manufacturing facilities and locations. By leveraging your expertise in recruiting strategies and tools, you will collaborate closely with recruiters, HR team members, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless sourcing process.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, relevant networks, and other innovative strategies.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring accurate matching with open positions.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and alignment with organizational needs.
• Partner with recruiters and HR teams to provide updates, address challenges, and refine sourcing strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline sourcing and tracking processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and effective communication throughout the sourcing process.
• Apply industry knowledge to source talent for manufacturing roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of sourcing efforts into recruitment strategies.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support hiring decisions and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment efforts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and candidates.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and adapt sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with recruiting for manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
