    Key Responsibilities:

    + Input and maintain records within the company’s document management system, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with regulatory guidelines.

    + Review and verify source documents, such as shipping manifests and inventory logs, before entry.

    + Implement data-cleaning processes, ensuring outdated or duplicate entries are corrected or removed.

    + Generate monthly audit reports using Microsoft Excel to track system compliance and identify discrepancies.

    + Collaborate with the operations team to create regular backups of critical records and retrieve historic data as requested.

    + Safeguard data integrity by following strict security protocols and maintaining confidentiality.

    Requirements

    + High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or coursework in computer systems preferred.

    + 1-2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in logistics or related industries.

    + Proficiency with data management tools such as Microsoft Excel and document recordkeeping software.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail.

    + Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
