Lisa Cole with Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic organization and focused on strategic expansion through acquisitions and organic growth. They are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations, drive value creation, and play a pivotal role in shaping our long-term strategy. The CFO will be a key member of the executive team and a strategic partner to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses, navigating complex transactions, and building high-performing teams. This is position is 100% in the office. Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, FP& A, treasury, tax, compliance, and investor reporting.
+ Serve as a strategic partner in evaluating, negotiating, and integrating M& A opportunities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and post-acquisition integration.
+ Act as the key financial liaison to private equity investors, providing accurate, timely, and transparent reporting and insights.
+ Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support decision-making and long-term planning.
+ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team; develop talent and support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
+ Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance across all financial and operational processes.
+ Partner with other departments to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO or VP of Finance.
+ Strong mergers and acquisitions experience, including hands-on involvement in multiple transactions.
+ Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills.
+ Proven ability to lead and develop teams across finance and accounting functions.
+ CPA and/or MBA preferred.
+ Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with the ability to manage change and scale systems and processes.
