Project Manager - Donor Relations - 3 Month Contract-to-potential full time, full 40 hours a week!!

Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a Project Manager of Donor Relations for a community-based client in Dallas. The Project Manager of Donor Relations will be coordinating events and communications for their different tiers of donors. Project Manager of Donor Relations will be working to create, route and approve the execution of donor acknowledgements for the organization. Project Manager of Donor Relations will ensure every donor is thanked for their gift, no matter the size; ensuring gifts received are acknowledged and recorded timely, within 48-72 hours, as well as gift data recording through the CRM tool. Project Manager of Donor Relations will run daily reports, carefully reviewing each gift and donor detail, ensuring donor contact detail is recorded properly on each gift and correcting donor detail when inaccurate. Project Manager of Donor Relations will be recording everything in Salesforce, as well as routing projects through Asana. The purpose for this position is stewarding donors to inspire them to stay involved, creating a connection with donors making them feel loyal to the firm.

Requirements

Project Manager - Donor Relations - 3 Month Contract-to-potential full time, full 40 hours a week!!

Project Manager - Donor Relations MUST have the following to be considered:

+ non-profit or stewardship experience within fundraising or donor relations

+ Availability to work a hybrid schedule in the Dallas area

+ Project Management software tool experience - Asana preferred, but other tools considered, Basecamp, Wrike, Workfront, etc.

+ MS office & Salesforce Experience

+ Clear, concise communication, both verbal and written

+ Quick response times and care for every single little detail, giving white-glove VIP treatment at every touch point
