One of Robert Half's Fortune 500 Telecommunications clients is hiring a Project Manager to support strand design and installations for a 5G Deployment project.

Provided support for processing the strand unit deployment through an internal client platform.

This position will be integral to the success of the program to have timely administration and progression of the strand design and installations for the 5G deployment. This role will manage a book of sites in a specific market owning a Strand Radio Units from RF design through creation of the internal ticket through closeout.

- Researching and obtaining information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations affecting the deployment of a site.

- Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning, communications, and actions on sites.

- Review and approval of all necessary zoning applications and supporting documentation including written site description, justifications, plans and sketches, maps, construction drawings, structural analysis and photo simulations.

- Assist with the development of a 5G Site Development Strategy that includes partner selection criteria, market and regional Jurisdictional analysis, Site Development deployment intervals and other tasks as the strategy is developed.

- Assist with the sourcing, contract management, negotiation and supplier management strategies and practices for all components of the Site Development Strategy.

- Assist with the writing and analysis of Site Development RFPs.

- Oversee the site acquisition process for 5G sites within their span of control (Market / Region) and working with the PMO, modify the 5G Site Development process with lessons learned to improve project planning and scheduling efficiencies.

- Manage site development partners through the site acquisition process by ensuring that the assignment and scheduling of assigned tasks follows the SLA timelines and deliverable requirements.

Requirements

- Proven experience with strand unit deployment and RF planning

- Experience with site development RFPs

- Experience working throughout site acquisition process and working with PMOs

- 2+ years of project management experience in the strand unit deployment or telecommunications space
