Description We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a passion for providing exceptional support to clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in locating and connecting with appropriate medical providers.

• Monitor and follow up with clients and medical providers to ensure treatment plans are being followed.

• Educate clients on the importance of adhering to medical advice and treatment schedules.

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their cases.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to share updates on treatment statuses and resolve client-related issues.

• Schedule and organize meetings or conference calls for attorneys as needed.

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases and provide necessary guidance.

• Translate for attorneys during meetings or calls with Spanish-speaking clients or prospects. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a personal injury law firm.

• High school diploma required; some college coursework is preferred.

• Proficiency in personal injury client management software.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to manage multiple clerical tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.

• Experience handling confidential legal documents and information with discretion.

• Excellent communication skills, including fluency in Spanish for translation purposes.
