Overpayments Analyst (Payroll Team) – Fully Remote
Join a leading Fortune 500 healthcare company as an Overpayments Analyst supporting the Payroll team! This fully remote opportunity runs through the end of September, offering the chance to contribute to a high-impact team within one of the most respected names in the healthcare industry.

Role Overview:
As an Overpayments Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving payroll overpayments. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution, helping to maintain financial integrity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze payroll data to identify and validate overpayments
+ Lead and support recovery efforts in compliance with internal policies and legal guidelines
+ Communicate with employees and stakeholders regarding overpayment resolutions and repayment plans
+ Maintain detailed documentation and respond to audit requests
+ Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and prevent future errors
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Direct experience managing and resolving payroll overpayments is required
+ 2+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or financial operations
+ Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail
+ Proficiency in payroll systems and Excel
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
