    Marketing Assistant – Contract Opportunity

     

    Duration: 6-Month Contract

     

    Schedule: Up to 28 hours/week, onsite every afternoon, Monday through Friday

     

    We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team in San Antonio, TX. This is a part-time, onsite contract role (afternoons only), ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow their career in marketing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist the marketing team with reporting, cross-department coordination, and resource management.

    + Maintain and update spreadsheets, inventory sheets, and other tracking documents.

    + Support the routing of content and materials for approvals.

    + Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and contribute to team marketing initiatives.

    + Use project management tools like Asana to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.

    Requirements

    Marketing Assistant – Contract Opportunity

     

    •Top 3 Must-Haves:

    + 1+ year of marketing support experience (internship or entry-level role counts!)

    + Resourceful and collaborative mindset – you love problem-solving and teamwork.

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.

    Preferred Experience:

    + Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.)

    + Comfortable using Microsoft 365, including Teams and OneNote

    + Strong communication and time-management skills
