    Job Description

    Purpose Within the Organization:

    Student Worker will help write and manage blogs for various university clients to help drive leads and support the Digital Marketing team.

    Responsibilities Related to Purpose:

    + Write, edit, optimize, organize and index new and existing blog and website content.

    + Project management.

    + Utilize our CMS to post and schedule content.

    + Copy editing.

    + Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience writing and editing.

    + Experience with a CMS system preferred.

    + Interest in writing about healthcare field and academia.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

    + Strong communications skills.

    Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:

    + Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s program.

    + Retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor’s-level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master’s-level student.

    + Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the university.

     

    You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
