As a Process Engineering Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing process engineering activities within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business group. You will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. Your expertise in process engineering and strong leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
You will report directly to our Plant Director, and you will work out of our Spokane WA location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our process engineering initiatives and the overall performance of the ESS business group.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage process engineering activities within the ESS business group
+ Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and quality
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements
+ Develop and implement process engineering standards, methodologies, and best practices
+ Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
+ Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams to ensure successful project execution
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL
The annual base salary range for this position is $131,000 – $164,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 8+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the energy or sustainability industry
+ Strong leadership and communication skills
+ Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and delivering results
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, Master's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
+ Six Sigma certification or experience with Lean methodologies
+ Knowledge of energy and sustainability industry regulations and standards
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
