    Position: Health Specialist

     

    Division: Mental Health Housing Services

     

    Program: Treatment Apartment Program

     

    General Overview: This position is responsible for monitoring and processing all Treatment Apartment Program Residents healthcare and medications. Train staff in medication procedures. Provide input for and execute resident’s Medication Management Plans.

     

    Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Health or Human Services, Community Mental Health or related field preferred. One year of Human Services preferred. Must have a Valid NYS Drivers License.

     

    Hours: Full-Time

     

    Salary Range: $35,000 - $39,000, annually.
