    Product Scheduler- "W-TRS" Hybrid role based in Orlando, Florida

    Job Description:

    *Utilizes Microsoft Project to maintain project schedules and generate schedule reports.

    *Coordinates with the PM to establish and coordinate business rhythms required to accomplish program schedule execution across multiple TDPs (Technical Direction Plans).

    *Performs Schedule Quality Assurance reviews in consultation with program leadership.

    *Provides support to the development of TDPs.

    *Collects schedule status updates, provides critical path analysis, implements baseline changes, and prepares reports

    *Communicates schedule impacts and proposes corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.

    *Presents the schedule as required during program management meetings.

    *Establishes and enforces schedule guidelines across the program.

    *Performs independent network analyses resulting in reports and metrics.

    *Evaluates and makes process improvements to support project planning objectives.

    Education/Experience:

    (2 +BA/BS or 1 +MA/MS/MBA) or (4 +AA) or (6 +No Degree)

    Certification(s):

    None

    Required Experience:

    *Proficiency in Microsoft Project

    *Experience collecting schedule status updates, providing critical path analysis, implementing baseline changes, and preparing schedule reports

    *Experience in communicating schedule impacts and proposing corrective actions to applicable stakeholders.

    *Experience in presenting schedules and schedule reports as required during program management meetings.

    *Experience in establishing and enforcing schedule guidelines across the program.

    *Experience in evaluating and making process improvements to support project planning objectives.

    Clearance:

    Active Secret DoD Clearance or the ability to obtain Secret DoD Clearance

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
