    Rochester Regional Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine Physician to join the team at Wolcott Internal Medicine. In this role, you will provide high-quality primary care to a diverse adult patient population, with a focus on comprehensive care, chronic disease management, and preventive health.     Key Responsibilities

    + Provide full-spectrum primary care for adult patients in an outpatient setting.

    + Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

    + Offer preventive care services, including health screenings, immunizations, and patient education.

    + Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.

    + Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using electronic health records (EHR).

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

    Qualifications

    + Medical Degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution.

    + Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine.

    + New York State Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    + A commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
