Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description
The Project Coordinator will support the project management team throughout various phases of project execution, from bidding to job closeout. This role involves utilizing Procore for project management and Sage for accounting to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The position requires supporting multiple Project Managers simultaneously and demands strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
+ Distribute specifications and plans for bidding purposes.
+ Maintain the bid tracking spreadsheet.
+ Participate in project start-up meetings.
+ Perform basic Procore setup.
+ Upload drawings and specifications.
+ Create submittal logs.
+ Print CB plans for on-site sets.
+ Assist Assistant Project Manager (APM) in sending change orders.
+ Create and send closeout submittals to subcontractors.
+ Clean up the Procore company-level directory.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Procore.
+ 3 years of construction industry experience or knowledge.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Project management and administration skills.
+ Experience in project coordination and document control.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's degree preferred.
+ Exposure to civil or commercial construction.
+ Ideally 2-3 internships of experience.
Work Environment
The role requires being in-office 5 days a week, working standard business hours. The company culture values individuals who are hungry, humble, and smart. Arrogance is not tolerated. Candidates should be self-starters and hard workers.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $33.65/hr.
