Job Opportunity: Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

+ Direct and oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications.

+ Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow and project execution.

+ Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

+ Maintain clear communication with project managers and county officials to ensure alignment with renovation objectives and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong preference for renovation expertise.

+ Proficiency in construction management, including scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordination.

+ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic project conditions.

+ Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in commercial construction projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
