    This candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee design and project management for a variety of building types including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

    + Manage and lead project teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers.

    + Use Revit proficiently and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam to meet client requirements.

    + Ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.

    + Coordinate mechanical design, HVAC systems, plumbing, and other project-specific requirements.

    + Engage in project coordination and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

    Essential Skills

    + 10+ years of experience in the Mechanical Industry.

    + 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with plan spec or design-build expertise.

    + Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

    + Mechanical design and project engineering skills.

    + Experience with building design and understanding of building codes.

    + Experience with Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + P.E. License in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

    + PMP Certification is a plus.

    + 3+ years of experience in business development within consulting or construction fields.

    + Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $170000.00/yr.

     

    3% 401k based on base salary 8 paid holidays per year: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas DayDental/Vision/Medical 100% coverageBonus2-4 Performance Based Merit checks a year
