    Job Title: Material Handler - 1st Shift

    Job Description

    As the Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting inventory management, customer orders, and warehouse operations to meet our customers' demands efficiently and effectively.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.

    + Manage order entry processes using proficiency in WMS systems to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

    + Create necessary documentation such as pick tickets, delivery tickets, and BOLs.

    + Support load scheduling for efficient transportation logistics.

    Essential Skills

    + High school graduate or equivalent.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    + Previous experience operating forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.

    + 2+ years of experience in material handling.

    + 2+ years of experience with sit-down forklifts.

    + 1+ year of experience in inventory management.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Prior warehouse experience preferred.

    + Familiarity with inventory management processes is a plus.

    + Ability to carry items and climb stairs.

    + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

    + Previous experience working in food manufacturing/GMP.

    Work Environment

     

    1st Shift - 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The role requires adherence to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, smocks, and steel-toe shoes. Overtime is available when needed and can be volunteered for.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Big Bend, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
