    CNC Mill/Lathe Machinist - $26/HR - $40/HR- HIRING IMMEDIATELY!

    Job Description

    You will be operating one or two Hardinge lathe machining centers to produce aerospace and medical parts. Your responsibilities include inspecting parts using basic inspection equipment and performing necessary documentation for ISO audits. Production runs typically range from 100-500 parts, and you will perform changeovers from one lathe machine to another as parts are completed. The parts you will be working on are tight tolerance, and you will monitor your machine to ensure measurements are precise.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate Hardinge Mill/lathe machining centers to produce aerospace and medical parts.

    + Inspect parts using basic inspection equipment.

    + Document processes for ISO audits.

    + Monitor machine operations to ensure tight tolerance measurements.

    + Perform changeovers from one lathe machine to another.

    Essential Skills

    + Technical degree and/or 2+ years of professional machining experience.

    + Previous experience operating CNC Mill/Lathe machines.

    + Ability to inspect own parts and read blueprints.

    + Proficiency with micrometers and calipers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Hardinge IIISP, the person, the person, 42SP and Fanuc controls would be a plus.

    + Ability to fully set up machines for runs.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
