    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    Operate various machines including the Capper, Induction Sealer, filling machine, and Shrink Wrapper. Maintain continuous machine operation without interruptions, ensure cleanliness and sanitation of machines, and perform basic troubleshooting to make necessary adjustments. Conduct quality checks and document results accurately. Assist with packing duties and complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate Capper, Induction Sealer, filling machine, and Shrink Wrapper.

    + Maintain continuous machine operation without interruptions.

    + Clean and sanitize machines regularly.

    + Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments to machines and materials.

    + Conduct quality checks using rulers or scales and make necessary adjustments.

    + Document results accurately and completely.

    + Set up or change over machines, including loading components, solutions, and packaging materials.

    + Assist with packing duties, such as palletizing and packing cases.

    + Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

    + Palletize finished cases of products.

    Essential Skills

    + 6+ months of Manufacturing/Production experience.

    + Experience with machine operating, general labor, and packing.

    + Ability to perform quality inspections.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanical inclination (e.g., working on cars, construction, landscaping).

    + 6+ months of machine operating experience.

    The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $45000.00/yr.
