    Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the 1st shift maintenance team for a 12-week project. This role involves supervising the maintenance team responsible for repairing stamping presses, and tracking labor, attendance, projects, and preventive maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise the 1st shift maintenance team handling repairs on stamping presses.

    + Track labor, attendance, and projects.

    + Manage preventive maintenance tracking.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Supervision.

    + 5+ years of labor tracking experience.

    + 5+ years of Preventive maintenance scheduling/tracking experience.

    + 5+ years of project scheduling/tracking experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in troubleshooting.

    + Strong understanding of safety protocols.

    + Proven maintenance management skills.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is located in a large stamping and welded assembly plant with over 300 employees. The work hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekends as needed.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Elkton, Michigan.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
