    Summary:

    The Senior Product Manager – Credit Card Products supports business growth and profitability related to our consumer credit card portfolio. This role will be responsible for product performance, identifying, defining, and executing product strategies to deliver compelling customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and profitability. This includes serving as a subject matter expert to stay ahead of industry trends, understand regulatory shifts, and monitor competitor offerings to ensure our products remain differentiated and relevant.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Monitors and manages the financial performance of assigned consumer credit card product(s), identifying areas for improvement to drive growth, profitability, and long-term value through strategic planning and disciplined execution.

    + Ensures the assigned product(s) are aligned to the business objectives and desired customer & colleague experience, and contribute to increasing share of wallet, portfolio profitability, and customer retention

    + Leads end-to-end cross-functional efforts to develop and launch new product strategies, balancing diverse stakeholder needs, managing time and resources effectively, and making informed prioritization decisions.

    + Partners with Data & Analytics to build business cases to address insights and opportunities; collaborates with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, IT, Risk, Operations, Marketing) to identify solutions and required efforts; secures stakeholder and leadership alignment to drive funding and prioritization.

    + Drives strategic alignment across internal stakeholders and executive leadership, effectively communicating product vision, progress, and business impact to influence decision-making and gain support.

    + Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering to recommend plans & actions to capitalize on opportunities that drive acquisition, enhance customer engagement, and improve overall credit card portfolio growth and profitability.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree

    + 5+ years of experience in financial services, product or program management, and/or technology

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Demonstrated ability to drive execution of strategic priorities leveraging Agile practices

    + Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field

    + Must be passionate about driving results and innovation.

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

    + Proven ability to quickly assess situations and risks, determine plausible paths of action, and execute flawlessly.

    + Articulate communication and presentation skills.

    + Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

    Compensation Range:

    $70,000-$140,000 Annual Salary

     

    The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
