Job Title: Mechanical Assembler
Job Description
Are you ready to be a vital part of creating high-quality electrical switchgear cabinets? Join our team as an Assembler and play a crucial role in manufacturing products that meet and exceed customer expectations! You'll work with blueprints and work orders, gather materials and hardware, and use hand and power tools to bring our designs to life. Plus, you'll perform inspections to ensure every product meets our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
+ Drawing Interpretation: Understand and interpret assembly and elevation drawings.
+ Construction: Build modular steel cabinets and copper buss assemblies.
+ Measurement: Accurately read and use a tape measure.
+ Manual Tools: Utilize manual hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers.
+ Power Tools: Operate power tools including drills, impacts, and pneumatic torque wrenches.
Job Requirements
+ Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Mechanical Assembler, Machine Builder, or Automotive Mechanic in a job shop environment.
+ Electrical Knowledge: Must have knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics.
+ Tool Proficiency: Must be able to use shop equipment and hand tools effectively.
+ Math Skills: Perform basic math functions, including understanding fractions and decimals.
+ Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and converse fluently in English to function effectively in the position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
