Internal Communications Summer Intern

**Position Overview:** We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Internal Communications Intern to join our team this summer. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, and organizational storytelling. The intern will assist with article content creation, update and revise SharePoint sites, and create reports that evaluate message performance and trends.

What You’ll Do:

+ Support the development and execution of internal communication content

+ Conduct research and gather insights to improve communication strategies

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment

+ Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvement

+ Help maintain and update internal communication platforms and tools

+ Help manage the internal editorial calendar

What We’re Looking For:

+ Currently pursuing a degree in communications, marketing, general business, social sciences or related field

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Interest in evaluation, data analytics, and reporting.

+ Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (SharePoint, Yammer, Canva).

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

+ Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive mindset.
