    Details:

    + 12 hour shifts - Night Shift**Training will be on Day Shift to begin**

    + Pay is based on experience - $26/hr - $38+/hr

    + Must have previous Maintenance Technician experience OR a related Associates degree

    + DIRECT PLACEMENT - NO CONTRACT PERIOD

    + Clean & temperature controlled facility

    Description:

    + Oversee new equipment installation, set up, modification and repair

    + Work with outside contractors to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions

    + Perform troubleshooting and investigate equipment failures

    + Inspect and check equipment for proper operating condition and make necessary adjustments

    + Perform preventative maintenance, calibration of equipment and systems including repair, rework to meet and maintain specs and tolerances

    Requirements:

    + Ability to read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders.

    + Ability to connect wire to motors, fixtures, and other electrical equipment, replace switches and fuses, and splice wire, replace or repair belts, chains, or cables on machinery.

    + Ability to align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates with the potential to operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.

    + Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and vision controls

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
