Join our Team as an HVAC Technician!
**Installation Tasks** :
+ Install HVAC systems, including central plant systems, air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, and rooftop units.
+ Ensure installations meet design specifications and industry standards.
**Service and Maintenance** :
+ Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
+ Replace faulty parts and upgrade systems as needed.
**Customer Interaction** :
+ Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs.
+ Document all service actions and provide detailed reports to clients.
**Safety and Compliance** :
+ Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
+ Ensure systems comply with energy efficiency, environmental, and local HVAC codes.
**Additional Responsibilities** :
+ Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS) controlling HVAC equipment.
+ Maintain adequate parts inventory and organized workspaces.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
