    Job Title: Solar General Laborer

    Job Description

    Join our team to contribute to the construction of a massive 175MW solar array consisting of 235,000 panels. This role involves working on the electrical aspects of the project, ensuring the successful installation and operation of this cutting-edge solar facility.

    Responsibilities

    + Install racking systems for solar panels.

    + Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction tasks.

    + Assist in the construction and assembly of the solar array.

    + Perform general labor tasks to support the construction team.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction or related fields such as landscaping, large mechanical assembly, or warehouse work.

    + Ability to use construction tools efficiently.

    + Familiarity with operating heavy equipment.

    Work Environment

     

    This role is part of a ground mount utility-scale solar project covering 1798 acres with 255,000 solar panels. Work involves outdoor tasks in a dynamic construction environment, requiring appropriate attire and safety gear.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cahone, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
