    Lead Electrical Panel Assembler Needed.

     

    Direct Hire - Up to $30/hr - 1st Shift.

    Job Description

    We are currently hiring a lead panel assembler to wire high-performance industrial ovens and other thermal products. The job is primarily done from a sitting position, where you will:

     

    + Perform point-to-point wiring of controls, relays, and fans.

    + Read and interpret wire diagrams to complete wiring tasks.

    + Ensure all wiring is done accurately and efficiently according to the provided diagrams.

    Skills and Qualifications

    + Experience leading a team of 3+ people for a minimum of 6 months.

    + Wiring or electrical assembly or equivalent education.

    + Read schematics, with ladder logic .

    + Own basic set of tools, including wire cutters, wire stripper, and a set of screwdrivers.

    + Understand control panels and wiring diagrams.

    + Experience with electronics and blueprint reading.

    + Exceptionally clean, organized, and well lit facility

    + Lead a team of panel assemblers in a supportive environment

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
