    Job Title: General Production Worker - 3rd Shift (Belen, New Mexico)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented general production worker to operate machines in a fast-paced work environment. This role requires attention to detail, visual product inspection, and the ability to manage repetitive changeovers efficiently.

    Shifts Available:

    + Sunday- Thursday 11pm- 7:30am

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Conduct visual product inspections to ensure quality.

    + Perform repetitive changeovers as required.

    + Handle basic math calculations for production needs.

    + Stand for 8-hour shifts and manage physically demanding tasks.

    + Utilize computer skills for various production-related tasks.

    + Load, clean, and operate machines and equipment as needed.

    + Participate in assembly, packing, and general labor tasks.

    + Work within a cleanroom environment following stringent protocols.

    + Operate forklifts and other machinery safely.

    Essential Skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Computer proficiency.

    + Attention to detail.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capability to stand and work for 8-hour shifts.

    + Steel toe or composite shoes required.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
