    Bilingual Forklift Driver - Day Shift

    **Position** : Bilingual Forklift Driver - Day Shift

    **Location** : Pompano Beach, Florida

    **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (with alternating Saturdays from 8 am to 12 pm)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move goods, loaded pallets, and equipment.

    + Packaging and Shipping: Perform packaging, shipping, and receiving duties to ensure smooth operations.

    + Inventory Management: Use an order picker and RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and management.

    + Material Handling: Handle material loading and unloading efficiently.

    + Customer Interaction: Work with customers and pull orders accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    + General Labor: Engage in general labor tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

    Essential Skills:

    + Minimum of two years of experience working in a warehouse or similar industrial settings.

    + Forklift operation experience, particularly with sit-down and stand-up lifts.

    + Experience with cherry pickers is preferred.

    + Proficiency in inventory management and material handling.

    + Ability to operate RF scanners.

    + Comfortable working at heights as required by the job.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    + Forklift license or working towards one.

    + Experience in shipping and receiving.

    + Ability to work with customers and handle order picking.

    + Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication and teamwork.

    Work Environment:

    + You will work in a branch environment with a counter in front and a small warehouse in the back.

    + Typical working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

    + Every other Saturday, you will need to be available from 8 am to 12 pm, providing opportunities for overtime.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
