    CNC Lathe Setup Operator

     

    Currently hiring a CNC Lathe Setup Operator in the Frankfort, IL area. Hiring immediately.

     

    **Shift:** 1st shift (7AM-3:30pm). Overtime will be working till 5:30pm.

     

    Saturday as needed

    Job Description

    + Operate CNC lathes, including Mazak and Okuma.

    + Perform minor editing within G&M codes.

    + Read and interpret blueprints on a daily basis.

    + Utilize micrometers and calipers for quality checks.

    + Set up and change over machinery.

    + Perform CNC milling work as needed.

    + Assist in other areas of the shop when required.

    + Train on other machinery as necessary.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience operating CNC Laser (Mazak) is a plus.

    + Multi Spindle experience is preferred.

    + 3+ years of experience operating a CNC Lathe.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    + Experience working with stainless steel.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
