    Job Title: CMM Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled CMM Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CMM machines and strong proficiency in Excel. This role involves working closely with other departments and interpreting graphs and trends to ensure the highest quality in production.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CMM machines within the manufacturing facility.

    + Interpret blueprints and ensure precision in measurements.

    + Use Excel extensively to analyze data, interpret graphs, and identify trends.

    + Collaborate effectively with the die maintenance department and operations team.

    + Ensure punctuality and adherence to the rotating shift schedule.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating CMM machines (CNC machine operator experience is acceptable).

    + Strong Excel skills, with the ability to interpret graphs and trends.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to work well with other departments, primarily die maintenance and operations.

    + Excellent punctuality and reliability, particularly for interviews and shift rotations.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work within a well-equipped manufacturing facility, operating advanced CMM machines. The role involves a rotating shift schedule of two weeks on days, two weeks on nights, and two weeks on the second shift. Collaboration with various departments is key to ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.

    This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
