Job Title: Slitter Operator

Job Description

Operate the rewind/slitter lines, including managing changeovers, start-up, running, and shutdown processes.

Responsibilities

+ Operate rewind/slitter lines efficiently, including performing changeovers.

+ Start-up, run, and shut down machines as required.

+ Adjust machine specifications, pressures, and equipment settings.

+ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and adhere to manufacturing standards.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in slitter and machine operation.

+ Proficiency in machine start-up, operation, and shutdown.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Previous manufacturing experience.

+ Strong math, measurement, and reading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Mechanical aptitude

+ Familiarity with manufacturing processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41000.00 - $48000.00/yr.

Direct placement- benefits day 1

-Review every 60 days for chance at hourly increase

-Stipends and days off per company
