    Summary

    HII's Mission Technologies division focuses on delivering advanced solutions for national security and defense. This role specifically resides in our Platform Integration division and will help support Enterprise Level Security & Modernization for IT, Cyber, facilities and personnel. We’re looking for motivated and mission-oriented individuals to join our incredible team in the DC area!

     

    What You Will Do

     

    + Responsible for the day-to-day management of the government customer's security program.

    + Support personnel security, physical security, informational security, documentation control, training, and visitor control as needed.

    + Guards, patrols, and polices industrial premises to protect property and staff.

    + Periodically tours premises; examines doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure

    + Examines credentials of persons desiring entrance to restricted areas.

    + May be required to direct traffic on company premises.

    + Risk Assessment - Conducting regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.

    + Incident Response -Planning and managing responses to security breaches, including investigations and legal matters.

    + Monitoring and Compliance - Ensuring adherence to security policies and staying updated on IT security standards and threats.

    + Training and Awareness - Educating employees on best practices for information security.

    + Collaboration - Working with IT and management teams to improve security measures.

     

    What We Are Looking For: Minimum Qualifications

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience with certification in assigned are required.

    + Experience w/

    + Managing secure facilities or programs of similar scale.

    + Performing self-inspections and preparing for government audits for facilities, documentation, and personnel.

    + Developing, executing, and maintaining security training programs

     

    Preferred: Bonus Points For

     

    + Familiar working with government customers and industry partners

    + Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs)

    + Experience with configuration management of procedures and documentation
