Production Technicians (Machine Operators) 1st / 2nd / Weekend Shifts

Job Description:

As a Line Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the production line runs smoothly for every product during the run. You will be tasked with adding and adjusting equipment needed for product runs, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. The role requires you to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, recommend corrections to machines when issues are noticed, and assist and work on the line during production. Cross-training will be provided.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 1 year of experience in machine operation with adjustments, mechanical assembly using hand tools, or relevant mechanical skills.

+ Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Environment

The work environment is a clean, well-lit manufacturing facility. There is a noticeable smell of soaps and cleaning solutions, which may be stronger in some areas than others. Masks are mandatory to be worn in the facility, and upon arrival, you will need to fill out a questionnaire and have your temperature taken. If your temperature is above 100.4°F, you will not be allowed in the facility and will be sent home.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
