    Seeking TACS (Trauma Acute Care Surgery) Physician Assistant

     

    + Four 10 hour day work week

    + Day & Night rotating schedule

    + Required to take weekday overnight and 24 hour weekend call

    + 50% In-patient/20% Outpatient/20% assist in O/R

    PA requirements for position:

    + Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program physically located within the US

    + Currently certified as a PA through NCCPA

    + Current, valid, and unrestricted independent PA license through the state of Montana, or ability to obtain prior to credential committee meeting a Unrestricted DEA license

    + Ability to enroll in all payer programs, including medicare, medicaid, worker comp, VA, bluecross, blue shield, etc

    PA preferences for position:

    + Completion of at least 12 month in person post graduate clinical residency

    + Greater than 2 years of practice in specialty

    + Previous experience working in similar setting (clinic, hospital, etc)

    Required certifications prior to application for position:

    + BLS - basic CPR

    + ACLS - advanced cardiac life support

    + ATLS - advanced trauma life support
