Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in technical documentation of design and construction tools and processes.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
In this role, you will be responsible for transforming and scaling next generation digital content for Google Data Center Operations and Maintenance.The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Work with data center end users (e.g., technicians, engineers, facilities managers) to identify needs and pain points with digital content utilization and user experience improvements.
+ Establish digital content requirements and ideal states for operations, including engineering drawings, building information models, Operations and Maintenance manuals, operating procedures, and warranties.
+ Collaborate with partner teams to establish digital content related to end to end processes, roles and responsibilities. Ensure operations requirements are being addressed at the product development, design, construction, and closeout stages. Review progress, and sign off per acceptance criteria.
+ Develop workflows, means and methods to improve digital content utilization effectiveness and efficiency.
