    About the Role

    Thompson Solutions Group is looking for a driven and dynamicSales Development Representativeto join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in fueling our business growth by connecting with current and prospective clients, qualifying leads, and initiating strong sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers and will help guide them through the discovery process by sharing how our services meet their unique needs.

    What You’ll Do

    + Identify and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies

    + Engage key decision makers and build meaningful relationships

    + Educate prospects, answer questions, and share resources to move them through the sales funnel

    + Secure consultations and coordinate site assessments

    + Maintain up-to-date records of outreach efforts and pipeline activity

    + Gain a strong understanding of our services and compliance requirements to tailor communications

    + Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and smooth client transitions

    + Work closely with marketing to provide feedback and improve lead quality

    + Consistently maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety, or related field

    + Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales (B2B preferred)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to engage with industrial and commercial clients and senior-level decision makers

    + Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure

    + Quick learner with an interest in technical services and the ability to explain technical processes clearly

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM and other software tools

    + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to office locations as needed
