    Description

    Providing onsite face to face customer service for any members who walk in the branch.

     

    -Conduct all member service transactions; handling cash, creating debit cards, depositing checks, answering questions

     

    -Build and maintain favorable member relations/relationships.

     

    -Comply with internal and external regulations, policies and procedures.

     

    Skills & Qualifications

    Must Haves:

    -2+ years of retail or service industry face to face customer service skills

     

    -Experience handling cash

     

    -GED/Diploma

     

    -Credit Check

     

    Nice Haves"

     

    -Microsoft Office Suite

     

    -previous bank teller experience

    Soft Skills:

    - Outgoing

     

    - Great active listening skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
