+ Clearing Conditions

+ Processing for final review

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Looking for candidates with basic mortgage knowledge, such as understanding assets, wage income, and loan documents, open to training

+ At least 3 years of experience of loan processor or junior underwriting

+ Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans)

+ Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, bank statements

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
