_Senior Project Managers - Conveyor Installation_

Ultimate LLC is **urgently** seeking to hire **Senior Project Managers (REMOTE WELCOME)** for **large-scale industrial parcel/conveyor installation projects** across the **United States** . The pay range is **$110-180k + Incentives** annually based on experience. We are looking for experienced leaders to work with our **Nashville based** team of dedicated, organized, and results-driven professionals.

Candidates MUST have at LEAST 10 years of experience as a Project Manager overseeing Conveyor Installations

Ultimate Job Duties:

+ Coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.

+ Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project that accurately reflect the scope of work, confirming alignment with priorities and resource allocation, with critical path defined.

+ Lead the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and execution by leveraging lifecycle management processes to ensure consistency with project commitments and goals.

+ Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, support, accountability, and transparency. Review project progress weekly and adjust resources as needed to meet goals.

+ Gather and define project requirements from internal and/or external teams and translate these into clear directives for technical teams.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align resources with project needs and address any gaps in a timely manner.

+ Set clear expectations with the cross-functional team for their respective roles, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain organizational transparency and accountability while mitigating risks.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and risk management.

+ Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for large-scale projects.

+ Oversee project budgets and cash flow, identifying and resolving billing issues when they arise.

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

+ PMP Certification

+ **10+ years of experience** in Project Management within the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry, with **6+ years focused on Parcel projects** .

+ PMP Certification required.

+ Experience managing teams through all phases of **$40+ million material handling projects** .

+ Proficient in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Calendar).

+ Clear and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written.

+ Willingness to collaborate and work toward team goals.

+ Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to handle several projects simultaneously.

+ Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and adjust effectively to new work structures, processes, and requirements.

+ Results-driven, with a focus on achieving objectives for both yourself and your team.

+ Able to coordinate technical requirements with non-technical personnel.
