• HSE & FM Student Intern

    Schlumberger (Sugar Land, TX)


    The Summer 2025 HSE & FM Student Intern will support the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Facilities Management (FM) team with day-to-day task and will be assigned to an intern project that will provide exposure to various areas. This person will discover SLB’s role in the industry and the lifestyle associated with the job.

     

    + Develop an understanding of HSE policies and standards

    + Review HSE and Facility related data to ensure accuracy

    + Present on project deliverables and provide recommendations to HSE & FM team members and other areas of the business.

    + Learn about SLB’s Purpose, Position, and Values.

     

    Follow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible. Note: While the opportunity for technically-trained professionals is large, these jobs are unique in their scope and responsibility and require a unique set of skills to succeed.

     

    + Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health, health physics, or a relevant scientific field.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

    + Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

    + Prior internship experience is a plus.
