• Associate Brand Manager - Halo Top

    Wells Enterprises is looking for a strategic & action-oriented Associate Brand Manager to support the brand in its next era of growth. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the holistic Halo Top business. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in autonomy, commands a mix of creative instincts and analytical prowess, and can inspire a diverse cross functional team to work together to achieve complex goals.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and go-to-market strategies.

    + Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions & forecasting.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, design, and supply chain to deliver projects on time and within budget.

    + Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations across digital, retail, and experiential channels

    + Track and analyze brand performance metrics, including sales data, share trends, and marketing ROI.

    + Assist in the development of creative briefs and marketing content that aligns with brand positioning and voice.

    + Monitor category trends and identify growth opportunities or risks.

    + Partner with agencies and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
