    **Job Type:** Full Time

    **Shift(s) Available:** 12-hour day shift, from 4:00 am to 4:00 pm

    **Compensation:** $22.10/hr.

    A typical Work Day May Include:

    + Operation of packaging equipment and forklift

    + Input production-related data in computer systems such as SAP

    + Create and apply product labels in accordance with regulatory and quality standards

    + Collect finished product samples and perform quality testing

    + Monitor Bag Weights on scale

    + Minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment

    + Repalletizing/disposal of distressed product

    + Performing required production tasks to prepare equipment for the packaging of different products and packaging types

    + Unloading and loading trucks/trailers and our warehouse racking system of materials, supplies, and finished product

    + Understanding and adhering to all safety trainings, food safety, sanitation, housekeeping, hygiene, and environmental policies and procedures

    + Other duties as assigned

    What You Will Need:

    + Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa, or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer

    + Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility

    + Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

    + Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)

    + Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)

    + Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator

    + Basic computer skills

    + Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

    + Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment

    What Will Put You Ahead:

    + Prior experience in production-related work

    + High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience

    + Experience operating forklifts and/or similar equipment

    + Basic experience troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
