Responsibilities:
+ Manageteam meetings (scheduling, attendee management, agenda creation,note-taking)
+ Proactivelymanage complex calendars and travel using MS Outlook.
+ Planand execute events for a global team (off-sites, all-hands, team events,org-wide events, celebrations, etc.)
+ Createexpense reports and manage event budgets.
+ Supportexecution of contracts and payments with external vendors as needed.
+ Collaboratewith other Executive Assistants, Program Managers, Recruiting Managers,Finance Partners, and HR Partners on team deliverables.
+ Someproject management - Track deadlines, action items and key deliverablesfor leadership team.
+ Communication(draft internal communications and announcements, edit documents foraccuracy and clarity, create or edit presentations, send internal andexternal email communications).
+ Createand maintain organizational charts.
BasicRequirements:
+ Atleast 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
+ Expertisewith complex executive calendar management using Outlook, MS Word and PowerPointetc.
+ Expertisewith travel management and travel arrangements.
+ Experiencewith event planning.
+ Showdiscretion in handling confidential information and comfortableinteracting with senior Executives.
+ Outstandingorganizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability toprioritize multiple requests and meet tight deadlines.

salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of

hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for
the tagged location is $ 75000 - 85000 per annum. This role may be eligible for
other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full
time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision
insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
