Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solution.

• Develop POC's and Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate capabilities of Microsoft Cloud including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Microsoft Viva, Planner,

• Automate business process by developing and delivering Power Platform based solutions.

• Evaluate, set up organization processes and controls to launch new Microsoft cloud-based services.

• Conduct trainings and workshops to drive adoption of M365 Services

• Coordinate with the platform engineering and Microsoft support team to resolve customer issues and technical blockers.

• Exchange Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Gen AI Copilot.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience

• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

• Strong Dataverse and model-driven apps experience.

• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Teams, One Drive, Viva, Yammer, Planner, Exchange Online, Stream, Power BI, AI Builder, and related Microsoft technologies.

• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud architecture.

• Ability to design collaboration solutions that meet business needs.

• Experience with integrating various Microsoft Online services.

• Understanding of M365 E5 Security and Compliance capabilities, relevant to Microsoft Collaboration services.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Relevant Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure

Salary Transparency

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience,

skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $ 150000 - $ 155000 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation includingvariablecompensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
